Where you show up today.

Your position on Google Maps for “wellness centre”, scanned across 34 points around Middle Park.

0 of 34

Points where you land in the top three, the only rows patients actually look at. Everywhere else, they are choosing from clinics that are not you.

Each pin is a real spot we searched from. The number on the pin is your Google Maps position there. A small dashed dot means you were not returned there at all.

You appear at 15 of 34 points for “wellness centre”, and not once in the top three, the only rows patients actually read.

03 / 14

Even the doctor map, you don't hold.

Same grid, searched "doctor near me". Your primary category is General practitioner, so this should be home turf.

Your one appearance is ranked third, at the point standing at your own front door. Step across the street and you are gone.

One listing claiming nine identities loses both games: wellness searches go to wellness-named specialists, and doctor searches go to focused medical centres. The leaders on this map hold about 12% each. Both maps are winnable, and it is the same fix.

Why this matters.

Healthcare is all we do, and these are the numbers we build on. Plain English, source underneath.

Search is moving to AI.

Generative Engine Optimisation, being the clinic the AI names.

WHAT IT IS

Ask ChatGPT or Google's AI for a wellness centre in Middle Park and it writes you an answer, naming two or three clinics. That answer is assembled from your Google profile, your reviews and your pages.

WHY NOW

45% of people now use AI to find a local business, up from 6% a year ago. It is already the third most common way people find a clinic.

THE RISK

An AI answer names a handful of clinics and stops. There is no page two to be found on. You are either in the answer or you are not in the conversation.

Source: BrightLocal, 2026.

The clinics the AI names are the ones with consistent details, fresh reviews and pages that answer real questions. All three are fixable.

07 / 14

Why they beat you.

Google publishes how the map is decided. Three factors. One is fixed. The other two are just work, done weekly.

RELEVANCE

Does your profile match what was typed?

Google reads your categories, services and photos, and whether a page of yours answers that exact search. A patient can search you hundreds of ways: every treatment, in every suburb. Relevance is won by having an answer for each one, and that is hundreds of pages.

DISTANCE

Where the searcher is standing.

The one factor nobody can buy. But a page for every suburb you serve puts you in searches beyond your own street, which is how the leaders stretch their reach on the map you saw.

PROMINENCE

How established Google thinks you are.

Reviews, review flow, photos, weekly activity. Trinity Curated Wellness has 71 reviews and 44.1% of this map to your 140 and 0.0%. Reviews arrive one patient at a time. A lead like that is years of asking, every week, without missing one.

Where you stand on each, today:

01The basics are close. Your profile passes 6 of 8 setup checks Google reads: hours cover 6 of 7 days, and 38 photos is thin for a centre with this much under one roof. Quick fixes, and not why you are losing.
02Your listing already claims wellness. Google doesn't believe it. Your primary category is General practitioner, and "Wellness center" sits buried among nine secondaries, next to Event venue and Personal trainer. Every listing beating you on this map carries wellness as its name or its primary identity. A listing that claims nine things convinces Google of exactly one: the primary. The fix is focus, not more boxes ticked.
03The wellness map is winnable. The current leader holds 44% of it with 71 reviews. You have 140 reviews and a whole wellness arm they do not have. The reputation exists, the services exist, and nothing connects them to the searches your members would type. That connection is buildable: category focus, review topics, pages for every service, citations.

Factors as published by Google in "How to improve your local ranking on Google". Profile checks read from your live Google Business Profile on scan day, so you can verify every one of them yourself.

The quick fixes are yours free, on the first call. The machine behind every clinic above you is the part you cannot do in an afternoon, and running it is the job.

The playbook, already built.

An example build for a St Kilda clinic, live right now. Yours follows the same playbook: every treatment, every suburb, its own page.

assemble-osteopathy-demo.vercel.app

An osteopathy clinic in St Kilda. Every treatment, in every suburb they draw from, each on its own page.

159

pages, live

4 days

$48,000

to commission elsewhere

2.3 yrs

at a normal agency's pace

The arithmetic: 159 pages at $300 each, the bottom of the Australian market rate for an SEO landing page (typical is $300 to $800, and $500 to $1,500 for SEO-optimised page content). At the 6 pages a month a local retainer usually ships, the same build runs 27 months. This is replacement cost, what the same thing costs to commission, not a valuation.

Four days, because healthcare local search is all we do. The playbook is written and tested, and it starts running for your clinic on day one.

09 / 14

What we do.

Healthcare clinics only: lead generation through SEO, GEO and AI. Everything below runs every week, always building.

01

Hundreds of pages, built in days

A page for every service, in every suburb you draw from. That covers nearly every way a patient could search for you, and most are indexed within a day.

02

Your Google profile, managed

Categories, services, hours and photos kept sharp. The profile is what actually decides the map, so we work it every week, not once.

03

Every review answered

We run the asking and reply to every review, week in, week out, in your voice and inside AHPRA's rules.

04

A Google post every weekday

Fresh posts to your profile Monday to Friday. Google rewards an active listing, and most clinics manage two a year.

05

Daily local content

A new article every weekday, planned two years out, so Google and the AI tools always see a clinic that keeps moving.

06

Named by the AI tools

Structured so ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and Gemini can find and recommend you. That's where nearly half of patients now start.

Ads

Then there are ads. When you want leads faster than organic can build them, we run Google and Meta on top. Budget at cost, aimed at the most efficient patients we can find.

10 / 14

Your first 90 days.

What actually happens once you say yes. Not "build a website, then wait".

Month 1

The year, in a fortnight

  • Your site goes live: a page for every treatment, every suburb, built to rank in search
  • Google profile rebuilt: categories, services, photos, the thing that decides your map spot
  • We scan where you sit today, on the map and in search, our baseline to beat

Month 2

It starts moving

  • New pages start ranking, and you show up in suburbs you were invisible in
  • Map position lifts too, alongside reviews, daily posts and fresh content every week
  • First re-scan across map and search, and you watch both start to move

Month 3

It compounds

  • More suburbs covered, positions climbing on the map and in search
  • Reviews and content keep compounding, and you start getting named in AI answers
  • Full 90-day re-scan, same grid, same keyword, published next to today's: then versus now

11 / 14

How we work.

01One clinic per type per area. We won't take on your local competitor.
02One month minimum, then month to month.
03You own everything: domain, site, ad accounts, data.
04The person you speak to is the person doing the work.
05We measure ourselves in the open: month three, this exact scan runs again, same grid, same keyword, published next to today's.
"

We're a new agency and we'd rather say so than invent case studies. That's why you own every asset from day one.

12 / 14

Pricing.

One number to start, one number each month.

Set-up (one-off, if needed)

Waived

Monthly, starting at

$2,000 / month excl. GST, not including ad spend

Can be staged, or scoped to fewer suburbs to start. The arithmetic: if a new patient is worth $800 across their visits, three a month covers this. On the call we run that sum with your real patient value, not ours.

13 / 14

Common questions.

Am I locked into a contract?

There's a contract with a one-month minimum term, confirmed in writing before you sign. After that it runs open-ended and you can leave any time. If you go, everything goes with you: domain, site, ad accounts, data.

Do you work with my competitors?

One clinic per type per area. We can't credibly push two clinics into the same three map spots and we won't pretend otherwise. If your area is taken we'll say so on the first call.

How quickly will I see something?

Profile and directory fixes land in the first two weeks. Map movement usually shows in one to three months, and it tends to arrive as wider coverage across suburbs before it arrives as first place in any one of them. Anyone promising the same timeline for every clinic is guessing.

Is any of this a problem under AHPRA's advertising rules?

It's the first thing we build around. No patient testimonials reproduced in your advertising, no misleading before-and-afters, no unreasonable outcome claims. Reviews stay on your Google profile where they belong, and your star rating is shown as a plain fact.

What do I actually own?

Everything. Domain, website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, data and content. All of it stays in your name from day one, whether you stay with us or not.

Let's talk.

We're five minutes up the road in St Kilda.

Pick a time.

34-point map scan for “wellness centre” centred on Middle Park, 4/8/2026, run on live Google data. Share of local voice is how often a clinic appears in the top three across those points. Competitor ratings and review counts read from their live Google Business Profiles. Map positions move point to point and day to day, and differ by search term, so the pattern matters more than any single number. Re-scans use the identical grid and keyword.
