Your position on Google Maps for “medicinal cannabis clinic”, scanned across 40 points around Prahran.
0 of 40
Points where you land in the top three, the only rows patients actually look at. Everywhere else, they are choosing from clinics that are not you.
Each pin is a real spot we searched from. The number on the pin is your Google Maps position there. A small dashed dot means you were not returned there at all.

Same 40 spots, searched "dispensary near me". The difference between this map and the last one is what your Google listing says.

"Dispensaries" is in your listing name, and "dispensary" is a topic Google mined from your reviews. Where the listing speaks, you rank.
Each pin is a real spot we searched from. The number on the pin is your Google Maps position there. A small dashed dot means you were not returned there at all.
Your website title already says "Medicinal Cannabis Clinic & Dispensary", and the cannabis map still came back zero, because the map ranks your listing, not your website. Your listing says dispensary, so you rank for dispensary. For the searches that matter your listing is silent, and the fix happens there: category, review topics, citations. Every step designed to need no public advertising, and run past your compliance advisor before it ships.

WHAT IT IS
Ask ChatGPT or Google's AI for a cannabis clinic in Prahran and it writes you an answer, naming two or three clinics. That answer is assembled from your Google profile, your reviews and your pages.
WHY NOW
45% of people now use AI to find a local business, up from 6% a year ago. It is already the third most common way people find a clinic.
THE RISK
An AI answer names a handful of clinics and stops. There is no page two to be found on. You are either in the answer or you are not in the conversation.
Source: BrightLocal, 2026.
The clinics the AI names are the ones with consistent details, fresh reviews and pages that answer real questions. All three are fixable.

The listing holding half this map has one review. Another in the top five sits at 2.2 stars. The best-reviewed clinic in the area is not on the map at all. That clinic is you.

Google publishes how the map is decided. Three factors. One is fixed. The other two are just work, done weekly.
RELEVANCE
Does your profile match what was typed?
Google reads your categories, services and photos, and whether a page of yours answers that exact search. A patient can search you hundreds of ways: every treatment, in every suburb. Relevance is won by having an answer for each one, and that is hundreds of pages.
DISTANCE
Where the searcher is standing.
The one factor nobody can buy. But a page for every suburb you serve puts you in searches beyond your own street, which is how the leaders stretch their reach on the map you saw.
PROMINENCE
How established Google thinks you are.
The current leader holds 52.5% of this map with one review. Nobody here has earned real prominence. You have 64 reviews at 4.6 stars, the strongest reputation in this market, and none of it is connected to the searches it should power.
Where you stand on each, today:
Factors as published by Google in "How to improve your local ranking on Google". Profile checks read from your live Google Business Profile on scan day, so you can verify every one of them yourself.
The quick fixes are yours free, on the first call. The machine behind every clinic above you is the part you cannot do in an afternoon, and running it is the job.

to commission elsewhere
at a normal agency's pace
The arithmetic: 159 pages at $300 each, the bottom of the Australian market rate for an SEO landing page (typical is $300 to $800, and $500 to $1,500 for SEO-optimised page content). At the 6 pages a month a local retainer usually ships, the same build runs 27 months. This is replacement cost, what the same thing costs to commission, not a valuation.
Four days, because healthcare local search is all we do. The playbook is written and tested, and it starts running for your clinic on day one.

Healthcare clinics only: lead generation through SEO, GEO and AI. Everything below runs every week, always building.
01
Plug the Releaf leak
Your old listing still intercepts cannabis searches with a fined brand and a 2.3 star rating. We retire it properly and move every citation to Trueleaf, so the demand it soaks up flows to you instead.
02
A review engine, run to the rules
Google mines review text into ranking topics. Yours already earned "dispensary". We run the asking and answering weekly, inside AHPRA and TGA rules, so the topics that matter accumulate the same way. Only 2 of your 64 reviews have ever been answered.
03
Condition-led pages, built in days
Chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety consultations, suburb by suburb. Relevance without a single prohibited word, and every page checked against the TGA advertising code before it ships.
04
Your Google profile, managed
Categories, services, hours and photos kept sharp every week. The profile is what decides the map, and yours currently fails three of the eight basics.
05
Presence where the ban does not reach
Directories, earned press and community mentions. Third parties may say what you cannot, and every mention teaches Google who you are.
06
Named by the AI tools
Structured so ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and Gemini can find and recommend you. That's where nearly half of patients now start.
No ads line here, and that is the point. The TGA bans public advertising of medicinal cannabis and Google will not sell cannabis ads. Visibility in this market cannot be bought, only built. Once you hold it, no competitor can outbid you for it.

$2,000 / month excl. GST, not including ad spendCan be staged, or scoped to fewer suburbs to start. The arithmetic: if a new patient is worth $800 across their visits, three a month covers this. On the call we run that sum with your real patient value, not ours.

Yes, and the distinction matters. The prohibition covers your own public advertising of the medicine: your ads, your posts, your site promoting it. It does not cover your Google profile being complete and active, patients leaving reviews in their own words, third-party directories and press writing about you, or factual condition pages that never promote a prescription medicine. Everything in this plan is built from that second list.
Nothing goes out without a compliance pass: no product names, no therapeutic claims, no prohibited terms, no testimonials reproduced in advertising. The growth levers here are reviews, entity signals and earned coverage, which the advertising code does not restrict. We build the visibility others in this market keep getting fined chasing with ads and posts.
There's a contract with a one-month minimum term, confirmed in writing before you sign. After that it runs open-ended and you can leave any time. If you go, everything goes with you: domain, site, ad accounts, data.
One clinic per type per area. We can't credibly push two clinics into the same three map spots and we won't pretend otherwise. If your area is taken we'll say so on the first call.
Profile and directory fixes land in the first two weeks. Map movement usually shows in one to three months, and reconnecting an established, well-reviewed brand tends to move faster than building one from nothing. Anyone promising the same timeline for every clinic is guessing.
Everything. Domain, website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, data and content. All of it stays in your name from day one, whether you stay with us or not.
